Pancake Day at Clonlee Gives Residents and Staff a Flipping Good Time

A Flipping good time was enjoyed by residents and staff on Pancake Tuesday in Clonlee. A BIG THANKS  to Mary and Sarah who made sure we had eggs, flour and buttermilk all to be beaten up in a bowl. Some of the residents showed them how to do it their own style and all agreed it was a great success but the proof was in the eating ……yum yum yummy… we had a competition to see who could toss the pancake the highest and of course Tommy won!!! Well done Tommy…. what a Flipping Great Day !
