March has Been a Busy Month at Clonlee But Fabulous Fun

Now we all know that March is a busy month for everyone and that’s also the case at Clonlee Nursing Home and we’ve still Sty Patrick’s Day and Mother’s Day to look forward to… here’s what the residents have been up to already this month…

. 

The start of the month was St David’s Day and it was time to celebrate the date with poems and reminisce with memories of fabulous holidays spent in Wales.With the recent snow curtailing our chances of getting outdoors it was time to settle down and enjoy some board games whilst looking out at the snow and ice…it’s lovely to look at when you’re toasty and cosy inside.

   

Now even though we’re all toasty inside it’s important to look after the birds outside so we make sure they are well fed .. the birds that is as well as the residents naturally!

We all can’t wait for St Patrick’s Day and are hoping for a visit from St Patrick himself!
