It’s Christmas Party Time in Clonlee – No Words Needed !

Well a few to be sure…. the long awaited day finally arrived in Clonlee after all the preparations and decorating and organising – it was Time to Party in Clonlee !
There was a palatable sense of  excitement in the morning getting on the party outfits and  everyone getting ready to look their best.

Everyone  was ‘Elfing’ about in Clonlee  and it could have been mistaken for Santa’s Grotto !

Men’s Shed led the way with the music and singing and soon everyone was ready to rock around the Christmas tree. Dermot the leading Elf  for the day and his delightful wife Gillian took charge of the Christmas raffle and had everyone sitting on the edge of their chair waiting for their ticket to be called out ….the main prize was won by Dorothy’s granddaughter…. well done to you !

Kitchen staff provided everyone with nibbles and refreshments and Audrey said it was the best party she has had in a long time and said a BIG THANK YOU to The Men’s Shed for making it such a wonderful day for everyone.
