This year during September the awards were announced on Legal Island’s social media accounts and we recently received notification of our award win.
The 4th annual Northern Ireland Equality & Diversity Gala & Awards, organised by Legal Island are sponsored by Jones Cassidy Brett Solicitors and AIB. This is a unique event providing the opportunity for employers in Northern Ireland to celebrate equality and diversity in the workplace, and recognise those who advocate and drive diversity within their organisations.
The awards showcase the advantages of equality and diversity to employers and the wider community, celebrating success stories of individuals, groups and employers.
Hutchinson Care Homes were the first winners of a new category of ‘Best First Initiative’ which was sponsored by Sensata Technologies and naturally we are delighted to have picked up this prestigious award which highlights the commitment to Equality and Diversity we have throughout the business
