Glenkeen’s Cheerful Christmas Party Packed to the Brim with Christmas Fun and Cheer

Glenkeen celebrated their annual Christmas party in style with a day packed to the brim with Christmas fun and cheer! To start the day off, we had carol singers from a local school and after lunch, we had booked an entertainer to sing and dance for our residents. Our entertainer interacted with every resident and kept the whole show going. We had a raffle also which proved to be a huge success as usual! We also had a ‘GUESS THE BABY‘ challenge, where 3 members of staff brought in  photos of themselves as babies and everyone had to guess who was who.

The staff performed a Christmas song by Band Aid in Glenkeen style and then one of our carers, Ciara, performed a beautiful version of ‘Oh Holy Night‘.

We concluded with a beautiful Christmas buffet and Santa came along and gave all the residents a present for Christmas. The whole day was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
