Hutchinson Care Homes confirmed as a Finalist for Investors in People “Employer of the Year” Award

Hutchinson Care Homes is proud to announce that it has been confirmed as a Finalist for the “Employer of the Year” Award (250+ employees) at the prestigious Investors in People Awards 2025. 

To be selected as a finalist in this tough category amongst many leading organisations across the UK is a huge honour for the company and is a testament to our committed team of staff.

This recognition comes as we recently celebrated retaining our IIP Gold accreditation, reaffirming our continued commitment to creating a supportive and caring workplace.

Hutchinson Care Homes is a family run business, founded 35 years ago.  The Company has welcomed the third generation of leaders into the family business to continue to uphold the same core values of compassion, respect, and excellence that have defined its journey.

A quarter of Hutchinson Care Homes’ workforce has over a decade of service, which was recently celebrated at the Length of Service Awards in The Dunadry Hotel.
