It is 30 years since Clonlee Private Nursing Home accepted its first resident and the home is delighted to be celebrating this milestone. The Hutchinson Care Homes Group who operates Clonlee and 6 other care homes and a domiciliary care service are pleased to announce their achievement of the gold standard for Investors in People.
‘Investors in People’ is a Global Award recognising the daily efforts, leadership and development of all the people in the company. At Hutchinson Care Homes everything they do is about people. Naomi Carey and Janet Montgomery of HCH shared recently how much their people mean to them. ‘With over 400 staff delivering care services to the most vulnerable people in our community it is important that we get the right people in place. We have excellent staff who often travel the extra mile to ensure the wellbeing of our residents is maintained. During this era of the Covid-19 pandemic we have seen that rise to a new level.’
Join our online Recruitment Fair
Within HCH there is a desire to find, recruit, retain and develop people of the right calibre who want to contribute to the lives of the older people in their care homes and beyond. Recruitment is an ongoing process in HCH and week commencing 30th Novenber there is an online recruitment fair whereby key people from within the organisation will be available to share something of their experience of working in care and how it can be so rewarding. Nurses, care staff, catering and ancillary staff will all be on line to share their experience personally and to answer questions asked by those who join the ‘live’ session.

Once requested someone will be in touch to make sure you have a ‘front row seat’ for this exciting opportunity.
