The Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor Mark Cooper BEM,Visits Glenkeen to Say Hello to Neta

So we had a special visitor into Glenkeen PNH on Tuesday to present an award to a very special lady. The  Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor Mark Cooper BEM,popped in to present Neta Tait with the Community Excellence Good Neighbour award June 2014- May 2024.

 

Neta was delighted with this surprise appearance and thanked the mayor for taking time out from his busy schedule to visit her. After a cuppa and a good old ‘natter’ the Mayor wished Neta all the best as he prepared to hand over the chain of office to the next incumbent.
