A moment in history no one will forget! King Charles gets crowned!

Glenkeen staff and residents celebrated King Charles getting crowned on national television! They clapped and cheered as the Royal family made their big entrance into Westminster Abbey where it all took place.

Michaela decorated the home in coronation flags, balloons and banners. They played a game called ‘The Right Coronation Quiz’ which our lovely Violet won! They had music going in the background and had a sing a long to some celebration music.

Our lovely cooks made some delicious buns, cocktails sausages, sausage rolls, sandwiches and chips which was enjoyed everyone and it was a very entertaining evening!

Everyone at Glenkeen wishes King Charles a long and happy reign!
