Clonlee Residents Bop along with Babs !

Now that Spring is in the air there is no time to waste, so it was back to exercise and get the arms and legs moving. Now for sure there is no better way to start that than with an afternoon with Babs. She showed everyone new routines to do along with the music from the Irish Show Bands. Hucklebuck and the hand jive brought back so many memories to residents, that they were encouraging their visitors to take part and explained to them that was the best time of their lives. Babs had lots of stories of her own about her nights out visiting different dance halls to dance to Royal Showband, Dickie Rock and the Miami a well as the Indians.

Tommy and Muriel agreed that “those were the days”……bring back the Indians and the Royal Show band !
