Afternoon Daffodil Tea Completes the Easter Celebrations at Clonlee

Easter Monday finished the celebrations in Clonlee with an Afternoon daffodil tea for the residents with their families.

On such a cold and wet day there was a very warm and friendly welcome for all the visitors who came into the home. With cream scones ,  chocolate buns and shortbread on offer who would want to be anywhere else ?

Over tea and coffee everyone pondered over the table quiz about Easter which was just for fun but Margaret said she learnt something new about Easter from the answers.

Maureen said she would like to thank the kitchen staff for such a lovely tea and we finished up with the Easter raffle which was won by Victor’s family .

Well done to everyone who helped make Easter such a fun filled period this year in Clonlee.
