Ballyclare Residents and Staff Enjoy Summer Outing To Belfast’s Botanic Gardens

It was a glorious day recently as the residents and staff from Ballyclare Nursing Home set off on their annual Summer outing. This time the location was Belfast’s iconic Botanic Gardens and the glorious weather meant it was a great day enjoyed by everyone.

Residents and staff paid a visit to the Tropical house  and received an educational talk about the different fruit plants they have growing.  There was no time to daddle as it was then off for a walk around the Ulster Musuem and  surrounding gardens.

To finish off a perfect day it was then off to Dukes hotel for lunch who accommodated  us in splendid style with space to ourselves for a lovely lunch and pudding which was really enjoyed by all.
