Elaine McCann, Human Resources Manager at Hutchinson Care Homes welcomed Adeleine to her new role and commented: “Adeleine is no newcomer to Hutchinson Care Homes as she has worked at Hutchinson Care Homes in various roles, including as Care Assistant during the pandemic in 2020. She was committed to ensuring the wellbeing of the residents, assisting them with daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming. Adeleine’s interpersonal skills came to the fore effortlessly as she helped provide emotional support to residents, helping to alleviate their loneliness during the pandemic.
In addition to her Care Assistant role, she also took on part-time positions as a Housekeeper and Kitchen Assistant. As a housekeeper, she ensured that residents rooms and common areas were clean and tidy, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable environment. As a kitchen assistant, she assisted in meal preparation and service, contributing to the overall teamwork within the kitchen at Clonlee Nursing Home. This experience will be invaluable to her in her new position.
We all welcome Adeleine to the management Team and wish her ever success in her new role.”
