Spooktacular Halloween Party in Glenkeen

Halloween in Glenkeen was spooktacular !

Every year Glenkeen holds their very own Halloween Party. So Glenkeen has celebrated Halloween with a bang! (and no we didn’t have fireworks…)

Our activity therapist Francine organised a party to take place in the afternoon and she fundraised for a raffle which had over 10 gifts, all which were brilliant. The residents were all placed in the dining room for our live entertainment. After our entertainer had finished, all visitors and their loved ones were warmly welcomed to grab a plate from our buffet which had home-made apple tart along with it. We held our raffle and everyone was very happy with their prizes. To end the day, we got everyone to vote for which staff member was the best dressed and our care assistant Janet who was dressed as Glenkeen’s Witch received the most votes !
