Family Fun Day a Quacking Success at Drummaul House

Residents and staff had their annual family fun day event at Drummaul House recently and everyone went all out for it.

They had Crafts 4 Christ – a craft station where the kids and residents could make and create all they wanted. They had a candy floss machine and a bouncy castle. Eamon McQuade came and sang for the residents and Harry did a few solos. That enough for everyone? Not at Drummaul House… add in Irish dancers and gymnastics, old fashioned street games and you get the picture of the fun and laughter on the day.

The resident ducks hatched on site in an incubator and they were introduced  to our guests at our fun day before the day ended all too quickly with horse rides a barbeque and ice cream.

Thank you to all who came, those who helped pull the day together and all the positive feedback – a great day which was enjoyed by everyone.
