Clonlee Residents Roll Up for Easter Egg Fun

It was a very busy morning in Clonlee as residents rolled up for the annual Easter Egg roll. There was great excitement as the residents prepared with  paintbrushes and felt tip pens on hand to see who could paint the funniest face on the hard boiled eggs.

There was even a fair bit of banter as to who could roll their egg the farthest.

Bella said there would be no doubt it would be her because there is a knack in doing it that she taught her children. Andy said he was going to try to beat her so it was out to the sunshine with everyone covered up against the cold wind and away those eggs rolled down that pathway .

Staff Nurse Ruth to the rescue for rogue eggs and after an exciting competition she declared Meta the winner . Ah well – better luck next time Bella and Andy !
